The Rookwood General Cemetery Trust re-branded its stonemasonry business in September 2008 to become Monuments in Memoriam.
We have approximately seven (7) years experience in repair and restoration of old monuments (in granite, marble and sandstone) as well as monumental design/construction for the Chinese, Vietnamese, Khmer, Indochinese, Hindu, Druze and Islamic Faiths. Through our work with Rookwood Anglican Cemetery Trust, we also have experience in Assyrian Christian, Serbian Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, Macedonian Orthodox, Mandaen, Maori, Armenian and Christian faiths.
Aside from possessing a vast knowledge of the numerous cultural, religious and ethnic factors that must be considered when designing and constructing memorials, our organisation has for several years now been arranging its own monumentation in lawn, full monumental and ash memorial package areas within the Anglican and General Cemetery Trusts.
As well as carrying out work in the Rookwood Anglican & General Cemeteries, we now have permission to construct monuments in Rookwood Jewish Cemetery and Rookwood Catholic Cemetery.
