You are invited to our annual Islamic Family Day - a free event to honour loved ones laid to rest within the Islamic burial grounds of Rookwood General Cemetery.
The Islamic Family Day is held with the support of Al Zahra Funeral Services, Lebanese Muslim Association, Muslim Cemeteries and Funeral Services Ltd, NSW United Turkish Islamic Centre and Sakina Funerals.
This collaborative effort shows a strong sense of community and support within the Islamic faith. It demonstrates commitment to remembering and honouring loved ones in a meaningful and respectful way.
This event will also officially introduce our new Islamic amenities. This is a significant milestone for the community, providing much-needed facilities and support for individuals visiting the cemetery to pay respects to their loved ones.
Al Zahra Funeral Services will fundraise at this event with a complimentary sausage sizzle to event attendees. Donations are welcome. Please support them generously.

- Information booth
