Philip Parsons
Philip has been been a stonemason for ten years. His work includes Central Station, Central Local Court, and Sydney Hospital, including banker work, fixing, walls and stairs.
About the work
The work is inspired by the tracery rose windows found in many cathedrals around the world. It is only a small segment of what would be a larger more complex design. The piece is designed to show sandstone’s potential for fine thin edges and extrusions.
